(NLT) Galatians 5:22-23
But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, [23] gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!
Over the last several weeks we have looked at the different parts of the fruit of the Spirit. Each time I have pointed out that this fruit comes with the Holy Spirit. It is the result of Him being present. He produces it in our lives. If He is in you His fruit is in you.
Therefore, self-control is in you. Remove "I can't" from your vocabulary. In any given situation you can choose to do the right thing by the power of the Holy Spirit in you.
Today, choose to be in control of your actions by His power.
